Order Regulations
- Every person present within the grounds and the structures of the Treblinka Museum. The Nazi German Extermination and Forced Labour Camp (1941-1944) is obliged to cover their mouth and their nose with their own personal protection equipment.
- Every person is obliged to keep a minimum 2-metre distance from others (excluding families and guardians of the disabled).
Rules Regarding Exhibition Attendance and Visitor Service
- During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the grounds, exhibitions, and historic buildings of the Museum are available in accordance with strict sanitary regulations that ensure the safety of both the visitors and the employees of the museum, in accordance with commonly applicable provisions of law.
- Visiting to the Treblinka Museum can take place as individual tours or in groups of a maximum of 5 people.
- For reasons of sanitary safety, visitors using guide services are recommended to provide their name, surname and telephone number (or other contact details).
- Visitors using guide services are asked to cover their mouths and nose using their own personal protective equipment throughout the entire tour.
- The museum introduces a limit of visitors that can be simultaneously present at the exhibition. The detailed information is available at the entrance to the exhibition.
- Before entering the exhibition visitors are obliged to disinfect their hands with a disinfectant available at the entrance of the building (this rule applies to all visitors, those wearing gloves included).
- When visiting, keep a safe distance of at least 2 metres from other people (excluding families and guardians of the disabled).
- Only one person can be directly present at the information and distribution points. The remaining visitors are obliged to await for their turn to be attended, keeping a minimum 2-metre distance from other visitors (excluding families and guardians of the disabled).
- All purchases and transactions should be conducted with the use of cashless methods of payment, if possible.
