This council, appointed by the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Board, includes members such as El\u017cbieta Lanc from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Board; Professor Zofia Chyra-Rolicz of the Institute of History at the University of Siedlce; Stanis\u0142aw Stankiewicz, President of the Central Council of Roma in Poland; Artur Ziontek, a literary historian and regionalist specializing in the history and culture of the Podlasie region; Hanna Przesmycka, Director of the School Complex in Kos\u00f3w Lacki; and Barbara Janina Sochal, President of the Janusz Korczak Association of Poland.<\/p>\n<p>The Council&#8217;s session began with a vote, re-electing El\u017cbieta Lanc as Chairwoman and appointing Zofia Chyra-Rolicz as Vice-Chairwoman. The meeting addressed the museum&#8217;s current operations and planned future initiatives for the Treblinka Museum.<\/p>\n<p>The Museum Council serves as an advisory body, overseeing the museum\u2019s duties to its collections and the public.
